| Microsol International LL FZE is the Middle East’s premier solar cell manufacturer. |
| Located in Fujairah, UAE, Microsol is the first solarcell manufacturer inthe UAE |
| and the largest in the Middle East. The company is ISO 9001-2000 certified and is |
| currently in the final stages of acquiring ISO 14000 certification. |
| Microsol established its solar cell line in 2003 and currently has a capacity of 50MW |
| per annum.With growing demand from its existing customers and a steadily growing |
| client base, the company plans to double its production capacity to 100 MW a year by |
| 2010. |
| Our company is proud to have over 80% of its machinery designed and engineered by our |
| inhouse Technical Engineering Team. We have installed machinery to slice silicon ingots |
| and produce wafers for our consumption. We have put in place a plan to integrate backward |
| and to grow our own ingots and also cut them into wafers using wire saw machines. Microsol’s |
| Solar Cells are used by leading European and Asian solar panel manufacturers, who have |
| obtained IEC certification using our solar cells. |
